Obituary
Richard Alan Higgins, 64, of Loveland, Colorado, lost his battle to cancer, July 7, 2019, surrounded by his loving family. Rich was a dedicated husband, father and an avid bicycle rider. He is survived by his wife, Pamela, and his 2 children, Duane and Jessica. He is also survived by his 3 sisters, Nancy Higgins, Diane Frederick, and Wendy Higgins-Vega. He is preceded in death by his parents Roger and Oma Higgins.
