Richard Michael Garner, 54, of Hamilton, NJ, passed away on 12/19/2023. He was born to parents Martha Jan Hall and Michael Garner, on 07/15/1969 in Mayfield, KY.
He graduated from Oldham County High School in 1987 and ventured to Florida for a few years before landing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In recent years, he enjoyed frequent visits with family in his home state of Kentucky and looked forward to those opportunities to reconnect with …
