Technically Richard worked for me for 3 years but after my 2nd day and the only argument we ever had we worked together. Richard was always able to be counted on to do whatever it took to get the job done but still find a way to make sure everyone pulled their share of the load or he got rid of them.  We always keep in contact even though I took a different position at another plant but whenever I knew he had a dirty job that was coming up I always made my way to make sure he had plenty of help or just me and him did the job. That said I have to work at 2 places on the 28th but I want to provide food for the family and friends but I will not be able to stay long. I am a retired Marine which is why I think me and Richard got along because we rarely called each other by our names it was normally something like hey prick, with Richards military service would the family like me to come there in uniform? Rich's niece has my phone number and I would ask someone reach out to me on these questions because no matter how much work I have I wouldn't miss this for anything. Thanks
Richard was my buddy at work. I looked forward to every day that he would come see me. I could tell it was him by the shuffle of his feet and scraggly long hair. Loved this guy. He was genuine and a straight shooter. I already miss him. I’m so sorry for your loss.
