Richard Paul DeBragga, aged 73 years, passed away peacefully in his sleep last night October 28, 2024, at the Meadows in Dallas Pennsylvania. He was born on July 3rd, 1951. Richard was raised by Dana and Joe DeBragga and was the brother of two sisters Julie and Josette. Richard grew up in the town of Islip, Long Island, where he lived most of his life before settling in Bellport Village. From 1966-1970 He attended high …
