The world lost one of its best men ever when Richard Dale Jacobs, Jr. died. Born in 1953, he died on November 4, 2019. Richard was an eternal optimist, he hoped for the best in people, even when they let him down. He spent much of his life working for Norfolk Southern before taking a buyout and becoming a small business owner. Even though they took many cruises, he surprised Milissa with a trip through …
