On December 29th 2020 at the age of 61, Richard L.“Tony” Coogle was called home by his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Richard was born June 14th, 1959 in Houston, Texas, to James “Ollie” Coogle and Mary F “Mickie” Coogle. Richard grew up in Denver Harbor with his siblings Cheryl Ann, Pete, and Kay. Richard enjoyed playing little league baseball and was an avid Boy Scout earning the rank of Eagle Scout. Richard graduated from …
