Obituary

Richard was born in New York City, on November 21, 1962 to the late Ruby Burrison Clinkscales, a fervent educator, and Richard Clinkscales, a respected businessman. The family later moved to Washington D.C., where Richard attended Archbishop Carroll High School, and ultimately graduated from Springbrook High School. A recognized athlete and sports enthusiast, Richard was active in football, baseball, and track and field, where he held track records at Springbrook High School.
