No words can I write to describe the void of love that has left our lives the support and  love my Uncle gave to all who were fortunate to know him . I was just so lucky God let me be part of his family and he  graced  me with his heart knowledge and support. He was always the best cheerleader . Even if it was a softball tryout a drama play or concert choir production , a water polo match a Graduation or your sisters wedding. If he was able to be there he was there !(.. He was there . )

And I know although I can’t see him or hear him he will still always be there .. I love you Uncle Ricky. Soooooooo much .

I don't remember catching so many fish 🐟 in my life.

I really cherished my cousin Ricky; he always made me feel wholesome.

The fishing trip we went on together was superb. It took place in the small fishing village of Eréndira, Ensenada, Mexico, approximately 90 miles south. It was the best fishing trip I have ever been on, especially when it comes to the catch.

Each day, we would take three large 70-gallon ice chests out empty, and by the end of the day, they were filled to the brim with fish, caught by three people.

We launched off into a small bay area that also served as a bed of oysters, farmed daily by the local fish market.

Red snapper is the best type of fish for fish tacos. It's a white fish, mild and sweet, growing both large and small — you keep whatever you catch.

There were yellowtail and other trophy prize-type fish that we could opt to go after. You knew it was going to be a great day when you heard that the bite was on!

Bluefin tuna would also run closely to Rocky Point, creating an ecological haven of fish supported by the local community's circular economy.

The locals were always out at the bay upon our return, just wearing bathing suits, cooking up fresh food, and enjoying themselves.

That place was magical ⚡
