Richard C. West, 87, of Makakilo, HI, passed away peacefully in Waipahu on February 17, 2025. Born in Aurora, IL, he spent most of his life on O'ahu. He graduated from the University of Hawai'i in 1961 and served in the US Army for the two years that followed. Among other things, he enjoyed golf, reading, Neil Diamond, and a good steak.
