Richard is predeceased by his parents and sister, and survived by wife Arline West (nee Takano), daughter Melissa Patton (nee West), and two grandchildren.
A celebration of life will take place at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Makakilo Bible Church.
