Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at St. Thomas Anglican Church, Fall River, at 1 PM on June 19, 2025. The service will include an Honour Guard from Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency in recognition of Rick’s dedicated service and leadership as Fire Chief. A reception will follow at the Wellington – Fletcher’s Lake Station House, 4132 Highway 2, Wellington.
