Richard J "Dickie" Atwell JR. 56, of 17509 Harbaugh Valley Road, Sabillasville, MD 21780 passed away peacefully on September 3rd, 2021. With his Girlfriend of the last 14 years holding his hand , in the ICU of Altoona hospital. Richard grew up in Rockville/ Gaithersburg a town they loved. ft.
