Richard Alan Starcher (Rick) passed away on April 12th, 2022 after a lengthy illness. Rick is survived by his wife of 31+ years, Lisa Starcher, daughter, Julie Evans (Dietrich), daughter, Jill Starcher, daughter, Kylie Wangerin (Elijah), and son, Rickie Starcher, 13 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren, his brother, Ron Eberhart (Sharon), his sister, Debbie Johnson, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
