Rhonda Charlene Williams was born April 28, 1961 in Nuremberg, Germany. She grew up in Valley Station, Kentucky were she met her best friend Angie Ellis in 1976. As a child she was diagnosed with Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes. She would spend her entire life fighting this illness, but she always found ways to not let it get her down.
