We mournfully announce the passing of Rhonda L Andre, of Mesa, AZ. Rhonda passed away unexpectedly on August 11, 2022 after a short battle with cancer. She was only 55 years old. Our family is devastated and shocked by this loss.

Rhonda was born to Ronald C. & Carol Andre on August 23, 1966, in Pittsburgh, PA. She was a force to be reckoned with from the get-go. Rhonda graduated from Dobson High School in June 1985 where she enjoyed several years playing in the Dobson High Mustang Band.

While Rhonda never married, she lived a full and vibrant life with more friends than you can count although her life was cut short. Rhonda had tried several different professions and jobs before finding her true love of working in our education systems. She held multiple positions from Paraprofessional, Registrar; and her current role in the Security Team at Arizona College Prep High School. She particularly loved this position as she was able to impact every student every day. Rhonda was also an active member of St. Timothy’s Catholic Church. She was an active member of many Catholic clubs and organizations; too many to list. Rhonda will surely be missed.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents, Carol & Ronald C. Andre. Her father’s death only being 5 months ago. She is survived by her siblings, Deborah (Chris) Varela and Ronald M. (Amy) Andre and her nieces and nephews, Soraya, Ryker and Ryan. She is also survived by her Godchildren, Nathaniel and Nicolette and the children she had the pleasure of being their nanny, Kelly, Alex and Joseph. She is also mourned by her long-distance PA family.
