Reynaldo (Ray) DeLara, 67 of Mineral Wells, TX died peacefully in Dallas, TX after a lengthy illness. All immediate family members were at his bedside. He was born in Baird, TX on March 25, 1948 to the late Clemente Sr. and late Manuela DeLara. He worked for Union Pacific Railroad.
