Important Update: Visitation Details for Wake & Funeral Services

Hi everyone,

We wanted to share a few important notes about visitation times for those planning to attend the services for Rev. Richard Wellington.

📍Wake Visitation – Thursday, May 29
Location: Servant of Christ Lutheran Church
Time: 5:00 PM – 8:45 PM
• Open Casket Viewing will be available:
• 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM (during Praise & Worship)
• 7:35 PM – 8:00 PM (immediately following the program)
• This will be the main opportunity for the public to view the body and spend time with the family in remembrance and fellowship.

📍Funeral Service – Friday, May 30
Location: Servant of Christ Lutheran Church
Service Time: 10:00 AM (limited to close family and friends)
• There will be a private visitation at 9:30 AM, just before the funeral begins, for close family and friends.
• If you weren’t able to view the body during the Wake, there will also be a brief final opportunity to view the body from 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM, before the funeral service begins.

We hope this helps clarify the schedule and gives everyone a chance to say their goodbyes and honor Dad’s memory in their own way. Please reach out if you have any questions.

With love and appreciation,
On behalf of the Wellington Family
