It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Renee' "Rain" Milligan on January 5, 2012. Born on March 25, 1970, Renee', who also answered to Rain, has left us too early. Renee' will be remembered for her radiant spirit and her enduring strength. Her values live on in her beloved husband, Todd Milligan, along with countless other loved ones whose lives she touched.
