Renee L. Rutledge Ihinger, 52, of Roseville, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at Genesis Healthcare System after an unexpected illness. She was born on August 14, 1970, in Zanesville, Ohio to Donald Rutledge and Barbara Van Wey Rutledge.
