Reginia Renee Knowles passed on to be with her savior in the early morning hours on Christmas Eve 2022. She was born on May 31, 1967, in Portland Oregon. Unlike other children, she grew up in a very difficult environment. often having to defend her siblings against bullies and other abuse. Their family moved to the Willows, Ca area, and Reginia and her three siblings were eventually removed from the home of her biological mother, …
