Obituary

Reginald (Reggie) Bernard Swann was born on September 12, 1955, in Washington, D.C., to the late Ernest and Mildred Swann.

Reggie graduated from H.D. Woodson Senior High School in 1975, he worked for the District of Columbia Recreation Department; Washington Railroad Terminal, served in the United States Army from 1988-1992, and retired from the U.S. Postal Service in 2013.

Reggie loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed watching all types of sports …
