Regina Antoinette Barkey Fisher, 63, of Volant, PA, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on January 24, 2021, after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer.
Regina was born on January 9, 1958 to Ronald J. and Catherine R. Barkey in Grove City, PA. She graduated from New Wilmington Area High School in 1976.
