Regina Elaine Howerton Brower, age 67 of Cypress, Texas died peacefully in her sleep at home, after a long and courageous battle with cancer, on Sunday morning, October 25, 2020.
Regina was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma on September 8, 1953. Regina was raised in Haskell, Oklahoma where she excelled in academics and athletics throughout her high school career.
