Rebecca Ann (Blair) Williams of Manteca, CA passed away on February 3rd , 2024.

Rebecca or as she preferred to be called “Becki” was born in Columbus, Kansas on October 28, 1946.

Becki was the oldest of 4 children born to Lawrence and Marjorie (Markey) Blair. She grew up and attended school through her freshman year in Chetopa, Kansas. She still maintained contact with some of her former classmates from Chetopa. The family moved to southern California where she graduated from Pacific Palisades High School.

She enjoyed the beaches in the area and was proud of learning how to surf. Always an excellent student, she attended Long Beach State University until her daughter, Melanie Elizabeth, was born in July, 1971. Becki then relocated to Dallas, TX where she began classes to fulfill her dream of becoming a Pedodontist. She also developed a lifelong devotion of over 50 years to the Dallas Cowboys as their #1 fan! Becki was in school and also working full-time as the head of the dental clinic at the Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas all the while being a dedicated mom to Melanie. While at the hospital, she encountered the love of her life, S. Randall Williams, who was working toward his M.D. They were married in Houston on March 17, 1979. After a stint in the Air Force in Wyoming, their family moved to Manteca, CA to open up the first orthopedic practice in the city. Becki and Randy welcomed Amanda Dawn to their family, born in December, 1979.

The practice flourished and they built a new medical office building to accommodate their growing practice. Becki took on several roles as Surgical Tech, practice manager, and eventually as Randy's Physican's Assistant. Becki was very skilled and an immeasurable asset to the practice. They were prominent members of the community and settled into their beautiful home in Manteca. While on vacation in 1996, Becki lost Randy in a tragic event. Although she was devastated, her strength and positive outlook enabled her to push through difficult times ahead. She suffered through many medical problems over the years but managed to fight her way back to good health to the amazement of her doctors and loved ones. She was overjoyed to become a grandma when London Oliver was born in 2011. Becki was blessed again when Trevi Maxwell was born in 2013. Her daughters and grandsons were the light of her life along with her two dogs, Charlie Chan and Margie Ann. She left this world peacefully and still smiling. Becki is survived by Melanie Williams-Allegra (GianLuca), grandsons Oliver and Max of Brooklyn, NY; Amanda Dennis of Manteca, CA; sister Pamela Thompson (Nelson); brother Stephen Blair (Susan Gardner); brother-in-law Karl Myers; many cousins and nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her husband Randy, her parents and her sister, Mary Myers.
