Thinking of you, Dale and Tyler, and the magic you added to Rebecca's life. My heartfelt condolences on the loss of your wonderful wife and mother. Dale, you were the most amazing and exceptional husband to Rebecca, and added years to her life and life to her years! You were so proactive and so wise in searching out the best medical care for her, no matter how far afield you had to go; I will never cease to be amazed at the depths of your love and devotion that helped this woman exceed anyone's expectations. Tyler, you added so much joy to your mom's life, and you continue to honour her with this beautiful remembrance page. My sympathy to the rest of the family. I hope that returning to this page and remembering the good times will help to sustain you in your loss.

I am so very sad to know that Becky is no longer on this earth. She made it a better place to be. And despite distance and time it always felt like she was down the street because her incredible ways of reaching out and being in touch made it that way. Never a birthday or a holiday went by without hearing from her - always upbeat - always with something lovely to say that made me smile and my day brighter. All my memories of her are good ones - days on the farm, at the fairgrounds, making (and more importantly eating, the best ice cream ever, sharing ideas of what our lives would be. Becky's life - while far too short - was an incredibly full and vibrant one. She will be missed by so many. But I know Eldon, Joanne, Bob, Sonya, Richard, Bud, Barbara, Timm, and Steve have all welcomed her with open arms. My thoughts and prayers are with Tyler, Dale and her other family and friends. ❤️

It's been awhile, but it was a celebration for Bud and Barbara Barnes in Iowa City, Iowa. She was always so sweet and positive. Growing up with Rebecca she was always my beautiful older cousin. I will miss her terribly and will miss the birthday and anniversary cards that she would send. In fact her birthday card is still on my mantle she sent for my July birthday.

Muhaiminu and I never had the privilege of meeting Rebecca in person, but if she's any reflection of how wonderful Tyler has been to not only us but my sister as well, Rebecca must have been nothing short of an angel. Muhaiminu often spoke with Rebecca over Instagram where they bonded over vacation pictures and celebrations, and even over their shared enjoyment of Chihuly glass exhibits. It was apparent from any interaction with Rebecca that she was a vibrant, thoughtful, and joyful person. Her sincerity and warmth came through even via texts. We are deeply saddened by her passing. May she rest in peace.
