my sympathy to all who knew and loved Becky. Honestly haven't been in touch with Becky since HS. But even back then she was truly a wonderful person. A friend to all.

Dear Lentner cousins; I am very, very sorry for your loss. Your mom and dad opened your home to us when my parents divorced when I was five years old. All of you were so upbeat and friendly. Becky (as we called her then) had the (unfortunate? 😬) job of taking care of us. She was fun, energetic and we loved staying there. When she would make us food, if we complained, she said “if you’re hungry you’ll eat it!” Plain talk-common sense.

I also enjoyed her piano playing at Nye’s, the MOA dueling pianos and at St. Anthony main. She was such a vibrant person lighting up the room.
She was full of song! 🎼🎹🎤
Thinking of you all.

Bec is my first cousin. She taught me how to play guitar when I was a kid. I remember her bugging me to sing along when I played. Now, if any of you have heard Bec sing, you understand how intimidating that was for me, needless to say singing is not my strong suit. So I would sing the song in my head and play the cords. She would just shake her head and say, you crazy kid, I have no idea how you can play guitar without singing along. I still think of those lessons when I play my guitar. Cording to no words but those in my head. I will miss her a lot, especially her gigantic smile whenever she would see you. She would cause a warm and fuzzy every time!
Becca was the sweetest, funniest, most enjoyable person I had the privilege of knowing. We met when our daughters were just toddlers ( Reba & Michelle). We enjoyed her singing at both my daughter’s weddings, Shilo & Michelle- whom Becca loved very much. She helped pick out Michelle’s wedding dress, taking us to her favorite little wedding dress shop. What a great memory. I enjoyed the laughs we shared together. I remember the time my family spent the night at her house. Becca slept in the same room with my daughters and I swear the three of them sang silly songs and laughed all night long. Love you Becca, I will miss you. Rest in Peace

Becca played piano at the place my friends and I worked. After the first night she played she became like family to all of us. Even after years that we had worked together she would call me to make sure we were all staying out of trouble!! She will be missed by the entire Cedar Rapids Piano Lounge crew!!
Oh, my dear cousin, Bec! I loved her so much. I always wished I could sing like her.
I loved her bubbly personality and her LENTNER hugs. She always messaged me and told me to give Uncle Ralph smooches. I know she loved both her children immensely. Keeping Reba, Logan and my Lentner cousins in my prayers.

Reba and Logan you are in our thoughts. We are so sorry and sad for you. Becca loved you both so much and was so proud of you.
