Raymond Theodore Williams II passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 in Waterbury, CT. He was born on March 14, 1971 at New Milford Hospital. He grew up in New Fairfield, CT the son of the late Raymond Williams, Sr and Mabel (Johnson) Williams. He was the youngest of 7 boys. Ray is predeceased by his parents and his older brother, Kevin Williams. …
