We mournfully announce the peaceful passing of Raymond “Frank” Wooten on Oct 12, 2023, just shy of his 78th birthday. Born on Oct 18, 1945, Frank was a generous, compassionate man, loving husband to Pam Wooten, loving father to daughter Donna and proud grandpa of two grandchildren, Noel and Alex. He loved his family dearly and lived his life with grace and virtue.
His spirit will endure in the hearts of all who knew him. The sorrow we feel is lightened only by the numerous happy memories we shared with this extraordinary individual.
