Raylene was a wonderful person and brought happiness and joy to everyone she interacted with.  Her departure is a tremendous loss to our TDEM family and she continues to be missed and remembered.  God's blessings on her family and friends.

I was incredibly blessed to have worked with Mrs Raylene while teaching her everything I know about debris operations. She was so full of life and cared so much about others helping them recover after disasters. She will sorely be missed by her TDEM family and all who know her. My thoughts and prayers to her family and friends. Rest in peace beautiful soul. Fly high and sing with the angels.
