Retired Disabled Chief of Police ,Mullens West Virginia ,Chaplain for Wyoming County Sheriffs Dept, Police officer at Keystone Police Department, Rambling Ray Toler ,WPMW radio Host of Gospel Jubilee .Credit Manager Helig Myers , Credit Supervisor Magic Mart , Collection Department American Bank,Former member of the Gospel High Tones and Crossmen Quartet. A Member of the Wv Chiefs of Police Association, Disabled Police of America, Fellowship of Christian Peace Officers . Survivors include a Sister Shirley Toler Pyle of Wilmington NC ,Aunt Joann Atkins of Ashland Kentucky, Fiancée Royceanne Childers of Mullens Wv . Foster Grand Daughter Shaina McKinney of Mullens . A Step Son. J.W Clemmins. In Keeping with his wishes Ray will be cremated and Burial at Palm Memorial Gardens .
