Ray D McConnell, age 82, of Vian passed away Monday, September 13,  2021 at home.

His hobbies were small engine repair and working on and tinkering with antique radios. He loved playing his bass and harmonica. His favorite actor was John Wayne and he loved watching World War II movies. He went to Vian Oklahoma, Okay Oklahoma, Muskogee Oklahoma and Edinburg Texas schools.

Surviving are his daughters; Carolyn Crossland, Juanita Gwinn, Lisa McConnell; sons Ray McConnell Jr. , Gary McConnell, Michael McConnell; sisters Carol Stevens, Virginia Lammers, and Judy Mraz; Several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, spouse Bonnie Darlene (Cowett) McConnell; son Raymond McConnell; brother David Lee McConnell; sister Mildred Louise Burkett; granddaughter Shari McConnell.
