His hobbies were small engine repair and working on and tinkering with antique radios. He loved playing his bass and harmonica. His favorite actor was John Wayne and he loved watching world war II movies. He went to Vian Oklahoma, Okay Oklahoma, Muskogee Oklahoma and Edinburg Texas schools.
