Born in Cuatrocienegas, Coahuila the 10th of December of 1961.
Son of Fidencio Rivas Santamaria and Maria Santos Cantu Reyes.
Raul passed away on August the 2nd at his home in Kingsville Texas at the age of 60. Father to four wonderful children, loving son, and brother to 13 siblings. He is preceded in death by his father Fidencio Rivas Santamaria, sister Silvia Rivas Cantu, and brother Carlos Federico Rivas Cantu. …
