I learned that you reap what you sow. Raul was the epitome of a public servant. He was kind, giving and helpful to everyone and anyone who called upon his service. I was inspired by him. I know many others were inspired by him as well judging by the generosity exhibited on this webpage. Also, by all of those who said presente & displayed so many random act of kindness to help my dear friend Blanca at this most difficult time in her life. Blanca herself is a mirror image of her dad, because she too is a kind & giving being. I know he’s smiling down at her & us & relishing in his work on earth. Thank God for community, friends & family.🙏🏽
Rest in Peace Papa 👼🏼 you left an impact on all our lives, thank you for being you. My condolences and prayers to the entire family ❤️

This was the bear my brother …

This was the bear my brother López gave Pedro last year for his birthday. It actually makes the passing gas sounds too.
So many in my heart ❤️ but since it was a yearly or so visit going to see everyone for Christmas it’s easier to remember specific things. For some reason Tio loved to take me to the office and introduce me (like show and tell) the niece with the green eyes 🤣 but it ment so much that on his desk he had a picture of me. However, I will NEVER forget the day KOOKIE took me out and Tio and Papi went looking for us. I’m not from the area nor did I know we were not supposed to be there so they road up on us and kook said RUN!!! I’m like why (Tio and Papi jumped out of the car) and started to chase us BUT my stupid long hair was easy access and Tio grabbed it and pulled me into a stop (slapped me upside my head) and kook had the nerve to laugh and said you should of ran faster 🤬 yes I got disciplined by BOTH. I loved that as soon as Papi called him to say we are here Tio would scoop me up w/in 10 mins and took me home to Titi Tinga and Kook ♥️ If kook got in trouble rest asure I did too. He never just let me slide. His roll was my Uncle 1st then my dad. I’ll see you when it’s my time Tio.

I will always remember Tio as a warm, loving and caring person. Every time he came to visit me he never came empty handed I always had warm bread, mangos and coffee. I will never forget his loving hugs when he would visit. His love was infectious everyone in our office would refer to him as Tio and absolutely loved him and all his funny stories. He will forever be in my heart ❤️ words can not express how much I loved him.

There are so many acts of kindness my brother did, he was a generous person. One of the many I remember is when I went to see him, he always gave me a mango or avocado to take home with me. Another one is the many times he brought Stefanie bread to her job. He was always giving to us all, family and friends. I will always remember him and love him. I have many memories of him growing up with me that I hold close to my heart. My heart rejoices he is no longer in pain and in a better place, but I am saddened that he is no longer here with us. I am still recovering from my other brother’s loss, but I am holding on to the hope that one day I will see both my brothers again.
Your sister, Iris
