It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ratana Faye SaeYiem (Hope, Indiana), born to Vodie and Mary Susan Padfoot who processed her in death, was the only child born to her parents on the Reservation of Clinton, Missouri, leaving to mourning family: Husband- Gandhi Saeyiem (Bangkok, Thailand), Son- Ponch Saeyiem (Wichita, KS) and scores of numbers of close friends and family. Her ashes will be spread in accordance to her native traditions followed by a private ceremony of the passing of the soul. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers or any monetary donations, that the celebrators instead plant a willow tree in honor of the celebrated. The memorial page of Ratana Faye (Padfoot) Saeyiem had been funded by the elders of the Northern Cherokee tribe of Clinton, Missouri The scattering of ashes will be held on Thursday, September 15th 2022 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Hope Moravian Church (202 Main Street, Hope, Indiana 47246).
