Rastislav "Slavo" John Staron, a devoted father, husband, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2026.

Slavo was born on June 26, 1940, in Slovakia. In 1968, he made the decision to move to Canada in search of new opportunities and a better future. He met his future wife, Anna, in Slovakia, and a year later she joined him in Canada, where they began building their life together. Together, they eventually made their way …
