"The Oracle'' Minister Raphael Cooley Morrison was born December 14, 1958. He is the son born to the Late Bishop A. W. Morrison and Lady Naomi Morrison. He was later mothered by Lady Jean Morrison.

Raphael was born in Norristown, PA & raised in Chicago, Illinois. In later years Raphael relocated to Atlanta, Georgia.

Raphael loved the Lord with all of his heart. He was extremely instrumental in assisting his father, the late Bishop A. …
