Raphael's obituary

Raphael Carrillo, age 51, passed away on Friday, August 09, 2024. Born on March 25, 1973, in El Paso, TX, Raphael was a beloved husband, devoted and proud father, son, brother, co-worker and friend.

Raphael had a passion for the great outdoors, especially fishing, tending to his garden, and grilling. He was known for his personality, his big, caring heart, and his signature catchphrase, "Yes Sir." Raphael had a deep respect for everyone he met and was truly a kind-hearted individual. His warmth, radiant smile, and willingness to help others will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

He acquired extensive knowledge and took great pleasure in his work. He spent 25 years with Kearney Electric, where he was a committed employee, diligent and approachable to everyone. Ralph was known for sharing his knowledge with colleagues and was always ready to assist friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Rogelio A. Carrillo, and his brother, Ruben Carrillo. Raphael is survived by his wife, Gina Carrillo, and his daughter, Camila Carrillo. He is also survived by his mother, Dolores Carrillo; his sisters, Christine Carrillo and Rachel Delao; and his brother, Rogelio Carrillo, many nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate Raphael's life will be held on Friday 8/16/2024 at Avenidas Funeral Chapel, 522 E. Western Ave., Avondale, AZ 85323 from 6pm-9pm where family and friends will gather to honor his memory. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
