Randy Dean Rowell, beloved husband, father, and “Pap”, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at 65 years of age.
A native Houstonian, Randy was born on the 21st of December 1956, to Robert and Patricia Rowell. He attended Waltrip High School in Houston and friends called him “Big R”. While working towards his Real Estate License in 1978, Randy met his wife Belinda Pool at his apartment swimming pool. They were married …
