Randy Ricks 3/14/1971-11/17/2023 was born and raised in Ogden, Utah. Randy was an amazing Son, Brother, Uncle and Husband (and Daddy to his Pug, Gloria) He attended Weber State University and graduated with honors. He started working for Island View Treatment Center, a rehab facility. He made a positive difference in helping teens overcome addiction. Randy was a man of God. While attending law school, he spread the word of God volunteering as a prison …
