During her life, Randy wore many titles and wore them very well: wife, mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, aunt, educator, gardener, choir member, and many more. She was born October 2, 1946, in Buffalo, New York, and passed away from a ruptured aneurysm on May 19, 2023. She made many friends, established relationships with colleagues and students, and gained many admirers with her personality, problem solving skills, handiness with tools and paint brushes, and ability to make difficult math concepts/ problems understandable. Randy was a career educator, having started her career in the DISD system, then teaching 21 years at The Greenhill School, and 18 years at The Lovett School in Atlanta, GA. Randy and her husband Bob retired in 2016 and returned to Dallas so both could be closer to their families. Randy was preceded in death by her parents Gerry and Pauline Neubach. She is survived and will be missed greatly by her husband Bob; daughter Amy Salinas (Frank); step-children Bobby Murphy and Cory Murphy (Doug Platz); brother Paul Neubach (Viv), sisters Nancy Hull (Brian) and Julie Gibbons (Tom); grandchildren Frankie Salinas, Lili Salinas, Nesta Murphy (Karra), Noah Murphy, and Quinn Murphy; great-granddaughter Remi Murphy; and a host of nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Randy's memory by taking a few moments to let those close to you know of their importance, stopping to enjoy the beauty of the flowers, and/or supporting a charity of your choice.
