I called my dad because I did occasionally to check up on him. We were talking about his grandson and he started crying. I had asked him why he was crying and asked if he was hurting. He said “lyss you got me fucked up. I can’t believe you’re going to have a kid”. This is something that I will always remember because it was one of the last conversations I had with him. I can’t wait for my son to be here so I can tell him all the stories I have about his grandpa.
