I referee with Ramy multiple times and always has a smile on his face. Such a great guy. He will be missed
I was absolutely crushed by the news of Randy’s death. I have known Randy for 20+ years.  I met him when we started our first Orkin Franchise in the late 90's.  I can remember on a holiday weekend, Memorial or Labor day, we lost our entire customer database and he helped me throughout that weekend over the phone convert to a new software program, train me on that software and manually enter all my customers to get me back up to running before open of business on Tuesday.  I'm sure he had a better way to spend that weekend but he made himself available and kept me calm and laughing throughout the whole mess.  He was a great person, always a big smile and lots of laughter when we would see each other.  He will be missed.  Thoughts and prayers to all his loved ones.

He and I use to walk to Highland junior high together on a regular basis. His dad was into cars and bought and sold a lot of them, I guess Randy came by it naturally. Prayers for his family.  RIP Randy. Richard Little
My deepest condolences to the family. The Hames and Lemon families are dear friends who hold a very special place in my heart. Praying for God’s comfort and peace for you.

Carson's Birthday

I knew RANDY as a Soccer Referee. We always spoke with each other at meetings and clinics. RANDY will be missed in our Referee community. Once a referee always a referee. He will be a referee in the heavens.

Randy visited our office on several occasions. When Randy walked in the door until the time he left, he was always smiling. His energy and commitment to his company is what separated him. Although we never really spoke about personal life and only shared business ideas, he made a tremendous impact on our company. Randy was the ultimate company-first person and we truly are going to miss his wonderful spirit. I'm thankful for having met Randy and he will never be forgotten. Rest easy, friend.

Randy was always a mentor and I enjoyed our many conversations about things that were always so important to him and that we had in common like family (who he cherished and was always so proud of), sports and coaching, business, and great cuisine. He was a wonderful friend and will always be remembered and missed.
Randy was a great guy and friend. Knew him for 20+ years and he always had a smile. I worked for another manufacturer in the pest control industry but Randy and I would get together for a meal or drink while on the road. He will be missed for sure!
