Randolph was born on June 11, 1954 to Randolph Scarborough and Emmaline (Johnson) Scarborough in Camilla Georgia. He resided in Tallahassee Florida for most of his life. He is survived by his brother Tom Scarborough, three children, RJ Scarborough, Jason Scarborough (Shannon), Joshua Scarborough and 5 grandchildren.
