Randy's obituary

Randolph Winston Morris, 66, Safety Harbor, FL, passed away on July 19th, 2023 due to health complications. Randy was born on December 29, 1956 to Frank Hughes Morris and Sally Belcher Morris in Clearwater, Florida. After graduating from Clearwater High School, he went on to the University of Florida, where he played baseball and obtained his Master’s degree. After a brief stint in counseling, he went on to become a guidance counselor for Pinellas County Schools, where he worked for decades helping and serving others. He is survived by his second wife, Annette, his two sons, Chris and Jason, and his five grandchildren. He was a gifted athlete, and was always game for pick-up sports with his sons, nephews, and grandkids. He was a follower of Jesus Christ, and was known for being kind, genuine, and down to earth. Though we mourn his death, we rejoice that he is free from suffering, and we look forward to a grand reunion when all things are made new.

His memorial service will be held at Faith Covenant Church, 150 62nd Ave NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, at 10:00 am, on Saturday, August 5th, 2023. In lieu of flowers, contributions to a kidney foundation in memoriam are welcomed.
