Randolph Winston Morris, 66, Safety Harbor, FL, passed away on July 19th, 2023 due to health complications. Randy was born on December 29, 1956 to Frank Hughes Morris and Sally Belcher Morris in Clearwater, Florida. After graduating from Clearwater High School, he went on to the University of Florida, where he played baseball and obtained his Master’s degree. After a brief stint in counseling, he went on to become a guidance counselor for Pinellas County …
