I was extremely lucky to have Randy as a landlord for over a decade. His stability and generosity over the years put me on a path to success. He was always tinkering to make things better for tenants including putting up a new deck, upgrading appliances, and installing heat pumps to save tenants electricity costs.  Also very thankful for his tolerance of loud parties. Sending heartfelt condolences to Grace and family.
