Hello dear family and friends,
I hope you are all happy, healthy, and have endured this summer heat! It’s just 3 weeks until Randall’s Life Celebration and wanted to check-in with a few reminders.
DATE: September 11, 2021
LOCATION: PLEASANT VALLEY FARM AND VINEYARD, 522 N 69th Ave; Hart, MI 49420
SCHEDULE of EVENTS:
1:00 pm: Guests arrive
1:30 pm - 3:30pm: BBQ Lunch, Beverages (Beer/Wine) and Dessert. There will be LIVE music for everyone’s enjoyment and friends/family are scheduled to speak throughout the day.
4:00 pm: Tree and ashes Ceremony - NOTE: A short walk is required to the memorial tree. Keep an eye on the weather and bring appropriate shoes and an umbrella if needed.

Hand sanitizer and masks will be provided. Please be prepared to wear a mask if you are not vaccinated, thank you.
If you know of someone who has not received the Life Celebration info and would like to come, please feel free to forward the information. We look forward to seeing those of you who can join us in celebrating 'my amazing guy’. For those of you who can’t… we’re sure Randall we’ll stop by for a quick visit. 😇😉

I hope you are all well and enjoying the spring weather, as well as, a little more ‘normalcy’ in your lives, as COVID-19 mask wearing and restrictions let up! HOORAY!
I wanted to let you know that a new date has finally been confirmed for Randall’s Life Celebration, (he’s a patient guy) ;)
September 11, 2021 is reserved, come rain or shine this time!
Following are some details:

SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:
1:00 pm: Guests start arriving (details for parking to come)
1:30 pm - 3:30pm: Buffet lunch/beverages begin at the Barn … some of Randall’s favorite foods, of course. ;) Memories, photos/videos will be shared. Pleasant Valley Farm and Vineyard will be offering a wine bar for tasting too! ;)
4:00 pm: Ceremony for tree planting/ashes buried on the hill.
If you plan to join us, walking is required (not too far, and we can drive those who can’t make the walk) so bring your galoshes, umbrella or whatever needed, depending on weather.
You are invited to stay after the burial of ashes ceremony for dessert, beverages etc. Randall loved PIE and his mom’s Chocolate sheet cake! ;)
For those of you traveling from afar and need overnight accomodations, the following are suggestions to check out. FYI, it is last weekend of busy season, so check things out soon!
