Randall Paul Liberatore (also known as Randy) was born in Warren, Ohio, to his loving parents Barbara and Anthony (deceased) Liberatore on June 9th 1959. He was the middle son of three brothers, oldest brother Gregory Liberatore, and youngest brother Brian Liberatore. Randall graduated from Lake View High School in 1977. Following his passion for life, he enlisted in the United States Air Force, moving him from Ohio to …
