Obituary
Randall “Randy” Milton Butts passed away peacefully Saturday, May 16th, 2020 at the age of 78. Randy was born in Portland, Oregon, October 30, 1941. He grew up in Salem, Oregon and in 1959 graduated high school at Spring Vale Academy in Owosso, Michigan.
Following high school, he worked at Rogue Valley Medical Center for 30 years. He began in the office and rose to later run the special studies department. He gave presentations to …
